Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Canada only.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated delivery time within Canada is 6–10 business days.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Where are orders shipped from?

Canadian orders are shipped directly from our Montréal warehouse to ensure efficient delivery.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

What are the conditions for a return?

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How do I start a return?
